Return Policy
All copiers (including all copiers, printers and engineering copiers) sold by “Copiers On
Sale” worldwide are subject to the terms and conditions put forth in this return policy
document, unless otherwise stated in the invoice, for the time periods described,
beginning on the date the copier purchased is received by the buyer.
Our customers rarely experience the need to exercise a product return. Overwhelmingly,
our customers are highly satisfied with their purchases and often engage in repeat
purchases. In exceptional cases where the equipment bought experiences structural
damage during transport, the unit can be returned and will be entirely replaced for you at
our cost. For example, if a transport vehicle damages the integrity of the frame of the
unit sold to you, during the delivery process, a like unit with the same configuration will
be shipped to you. The customer has up to 10 days to inspect the equipment upon delivery to confirm if any structural damage was sustained.
The buyer, as such, has ample time to have their copier installed by a trained technician.
During the shipping process, vibrations may occur. This may result in the need to adjust
the copier once the copier arrives at destination. Our responsibility includes paying for all
missing or broken parts and consumables for the first 30 days following delivery.
Consumables are guaranteed to deliver 50% of their full yield.
IN ORDER FOR OUR RETURN POLICY TO BECOME EFFECTIVE, THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
MUST BE SATISFIED:
- The warranty does not cover damages that may have resulted from the buyer moving the
copier. We recommend that your copier be moved by a certified copier technician. - The warranty does not cover service issues that are the result of customer abuse or
misuse. - Parts that are replaced will be sent out standard courier. The customer may pay the
price difference to have the parts sent out next day or second day air.
